Delta has revived an earlier airfare sale from NY to Europe, and this new sale is excellent for travel early July 5 through the end of September. Sale ends July 28. Prices start at $359 one-way, but that price does not include all taxes and fees. Cheapest cities, in order: Zurich, Manchester, Dublin, Malaga and Valencia. Link of things to note: there is a 14-day advance hold condition and there are some capital-specific blackout dates (but FYI, there are no blackout dates for Dublin).
